As we come to the close of GRIP’s 25th anniversary year, we’d like to thank you for your generosity that has sustained our work to protect our land, air and water for future generations.

• Held Freeport-McMoRan accountable for impairment to domestic wells and springs at its proposed Emma open pit at the Tyrone Mine.
• Completed 55 acres of riparian restoration in the Silver City Watershed, including non-native, invasive tree removal.
• Planted 1000+ native trees and shrubs to stabilize stream banks and restore riparian habitat.
• Provided outdoor experiences to 40+ children as part of the Silver City Watershed Keepers Nature Discovery Summer Camp.
